Broker Load (New Listings)
Listings should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org - Cory will approve the listing and we'll have it processed. Our commitment to you is to get listings (assuming we receive complete and correct docs) that we receive by 10am on to MLS on that same day. There are times that we can do even better than that, but be careful what you promise your clients, because if we get it after noon, we can't guarantee it will be on that it will be on MLS that day. We understand that things come up and sometimes things need to be rushed. If you find yourself in a jam and need something on MLS quicker than our promise, talk to me and we'll see what we can do. These rushes should be the exception, not the rule.
Deals (Paperless Enviromint System)
Use our online system ENVIROMINT http://web.enviromint.co click "forgot your password" if you aren't yet set up or have indeed forgotten your password) If you have any issues setting it up, confirm with Reception that the email address you are using for your username is the same one we have registered (see Reception for training or watch the videos below)
in lieu of using ENVIROMINT you may email deals and docs to email@example.com as a PDF (or multiple PDFs)
**Please remember we need a copy of the accepted offer on the business day after it is accepted. Once firm, we need all documents ASAP - incomplete files can delay commission payments.
