From a Buyer’s perspective, it critical that the tenancy details are documented, if you are asking for vacant possession review the options with your REALTOR® and ensure that it is well documented in your offer. Both Buyer and Seller need to package the offer such that it addresses the rights of the tenant, your REALTOR® can help with that.
